Mon, Wed and Thur 8.30 -11.30am, Fri 8.30am-3.45pm
The Governors of this popular school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and organised person to join our busy office. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide administrative support in the following:
- An excellent knowledge of ICT including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ParentPay is ideal but training would be provided for the right applicant
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility, excellent organisation and communication skills
- Clear understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality
- Be able to relate well to children, parents, staff and outside agencies and have excellent interpersonal skills
- First aid (training provided)
- Ability to make great cups of tea!
