Deputy Headteacher - Inclusion

The Governors of The Willows Primary School are seeking to appoint a proactive, inspirational, forward thinking Deputy Headteacher to work alongside our Executive Headteacher and current Deputy Headteachers, who will make a positive impact on outcomes for our children.

Having entered into an informal collaborative with Merrylands Primary School this is an exciting opportunity for an applicant who has the drive, leadership and initiative to help take us forward to achieve our goal of becoming an excellent school and forging a long term relationship with Merrylands Primary School.

You will need to have proven experience in Leadership and Management, have the ability to lead on inclusion and be able to demonstrate that your initiatives have impacted on learning and progress for pupils and of course you will be an excellent classroom practitioner.
