- is a highly effective and experienced leader who will lead by example, developing excellence in others through coaching and mentoring
- A skilled analyst who used a multitude of evidence bases to inform and produce effective strategic improvement plans.
- has clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life
- can establish and maintain good communication with pupils, parents and staff.
- has a desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children
