The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic deputy headteacher. Applicants will have a proven record of leading on school improvement, have the ability to think and work innovatively and creatively and enjoy working as part of a team. We have a friendly, welcoming team of staff and Governors and a creative approach to the curriculum.

This role will include:

Responsibility for a class
Working with all stakeholders to drive school improvement
Accountability for securing the highest standards of pupil achievement
Accountability for the strategic leadership and management of identified school priorities, developing and implementing plans, policies, targets and practices within the school.
Leading, developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others by evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
