EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR (Qualified Level 2 or 3)
We are seeking a qualified level 2 or 3 Early years assistant to join us this summer (2025). This role is part-time, term-time only; hours are expected to be a maximum of 23 per week.
The ideal candidate will;
- Find inspiration in the imaginations of 2,3, and 4-year-olds.
- Appreciate the importance of making a difference.
- Have the passion to plan in the moment.
- Be dedicated, motivated and caring with a great sense of humour.
- Have a relevant level 2 or 3 qualification, experience of having been a key person, good knowledge of the early years foundation stage statutory framework (EYFS) and commitment to undertake ongoing training and development.
- Be a good team player with flexibility and initiative.
- Be caring, enjoy working with children, have patience in abundance with the brightest of outlooks and a 'can do' attitude.
