Deputy Headteacher
Required April 2015
Stanley Drapkin Primary School is going through a period of change and is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed teacher with a proven track record of effective leadership. The successful candidate will join a developing senior leadership team which is supportive, knowledgeable and has high aspirations for themselves, the school, the pupils and families they serve.
Our Deputy Head will demonstrate that they are:
- An outstanding practitioner with high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour
- Able to inspire, lead and motivate
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and being an effective team member
- Experienced in having had a positive impact on the standards and achievement in their school
- Looking for the next step in their career
- A Key Stage 2 teacher but also having an understanding (and preferably experience) of KS1 and EYFS
The ability to lead the whole school in raising standards in Maths will be an advantage.
