Lettings Facilitator,Band 2 to Midpoint (£9.36-£9.74 per hour)
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Lettings Facilitator, reporting to our Site Manager, to attend school and carry out safety and security procedures during evening and weekend lettings. Duties will include locking and unlocking the building, setting up and clearing the facilities required by the letting, reception of visitors and security of the premises and grounds during the letting. The successful candidate will be honest and trustworthy and be prepared for the number of hours worked to increase as the number of lettings increase.
Hours flexible depending on the available lettings but expected to fall between 6.15pm and 10.00pm weekdays and 9.00am and 5pm weekends. Later hours by agreement. Initial hours 6.15pm to 7.45pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, Saturday 9.30-12.20 and Sunday 10.00am-1.00pm but likely to increase.
The position is to begin as soon as possible.
