Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Pay Range: Band4-Midpoint (HLTA, 3 days) / Band2-Midpoint (LSA, 2 days)
£23,809-£26,077 (Including Inner Fringe) Pro Rata
Actual Pay £12,342-£13,517
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, nurturing and flexible HLTA / LSAto join our committed team. The role will be working as a HLTA 3 days a week and LSA two days a week. Pay will be adjusted accordingly.
Responsibilities will include to:
- Provide support and guidance to pupils in ensuring their learning, social, emotional mental health needs are supported in order to meet their full potential
- To work under the direction of our Inclusion Leader, implementing individual and small group interventions
We expect that the successful candidate will have the relevant HLTA qualification ans well as a recognised NVQ in Teaching and Learning in Schools or proven equivalent experience. The candidate must also have the relevant safeguarding training.
This is a permanent contract of 23.75 hours per week,5 days a week, 8:45am-3:00pm.
