Stanway Primary School - SENCO
Hours: 2 days per week.(working days to be mutually agreed)
Pay Range: Main/Upper
Start Date: September 2024
Stanway Primary School are an OFSTED rated GOOD school, looking to recruit a dynamic and energetic team member to start with us in September 2024 whilst our current SENCO is on Maternity Leave.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, a strong team player and share in the school's vision 'Be the Best that you can Be'.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a SENCO
- Has a good knowledge of the systems and paperwork associated with SEND
- Has experience of working with a wide range of SEND
- Holds the national accredited SENCO award (desirable)
- Has a therapeutic approach to working with both pupils and staff
- Can build strong relationships with parents
- Can work in partnership with the senior leadership team, Essex County Council, teaching and support staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for SEND pupils
