Our school is seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher, with proven management and assessment experience, to work in partnership with the Headteacher. The successful candidate will inspire our children and build on existing achievements by implementing creative new strategies to raise standards, achievement and expectation.

We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who:

· has proven exemplary teaching and learning practice;

· will lead by example, working collaboratively and positively with all members of the school community;

· can coach and mentor others with demonstrable impact;

· who will take the lead on Curriculum and Assessment;

· has experience of school-wide self-evaluation to bring about school improvement;

· has the expertise to analyse and use data meaningfully to enhance pupil progress;

· is seeking to develop their own professional expertise whilst committing themselves to the life and development of the school.
