Pupil Premium Learning Support Assistant
HLTA Band 3 to midpoint
18 hours per week for 39 weeks during term time whilst pupil premium funding applies
Required January 2014 or as soon as possible
Holy Family School has created this new and exciting position for an exceptional LSA or HLTA who will be able to deliver individual and small group personalised learning to pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium funding.
The successful candidate will be able to:

Use teaching and learning objectives to plan challenging literacy and numeracy lessons

Assess the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support pupils' learning

Deliver learning activities to pupils, adjusting activities according to pupil responses/needs

Liaise with other staff and parents to ensure that identified learning targets are being met and progress is being achieved
