The Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher with a passion for learning and outstanding classroom practice to work in partnership with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team. The role is expected to be non-class based.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• A track record of effective senior leadership;
• Ambition, enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference;
• High expectations of what can be achieved with outstanding classroom practice;
• The ability to lead and motivate others as we drive forward as a new Academy;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• A commitment to the ethos and aims of a Church school.
