Holt Farm Junior School is a newly created Academy member of the South East Essex Academy Trust. It is a happy and rapidly improving school under a very experienced and capable leadership team. Behaviour and Leadership are now good and there is an excellent and supportive team ethos in the school.

We are seeking an outstanding deputy headteacher as the current post holder is moving onto headship. You will be able to demonstrate:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
A capacity for hard work, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
