Rochford Primary and Nursery School is an inclusive, one form of entry Academy based in the heart of Rochford and a member of the South East Essex Academy Trust.

We are seeking an outstanding Head of School who will:

Promote and support the vision and direction of the school.
Provide day to day leadership, enabling the school to build success and provide high quality education for its children.
Have a track record of successful leadership activity
Be an ambassador for the school and promote and raise its profile in the wider community
Have a capacity for hard work, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
