We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly team. The role is to provide assistance in the support of children with learning difficulties in Year 4 and Reception.
The successful candidate will:

have experience working with children in a school environment.

have the ability to establish rapport and to maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
-
have the ability to help and motivate children to overcome barriers to learning.
-
have a good standard of English and maths.
-
Have good organisation and interpersonal skills.
