The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic deputy headteacher. Applicants will have a proven record of leading on school improvement, have the ability to think and work innovatively and creatively and enjoy working as part of a team. We have a friendly, welcoming team of staff and Governors and a creative approach to the curriculum.
This role will include:
- Responsibility for a class
- Working with all stakeholders to drive school improvement
- Accountability for securing the highest standards of pupil achievement
- Accountability for the strategic leadership and management of identified school priorities, developing and implementing plans, policies, targets and practices within the school.
- Leading, developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others by evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
