We are looking to appoint an ambitious and outstanding practitioner. This is an excellent career opportunity for a successful classroom teacher to broaden their experience or a newly qualified teacher seeking their first post and who has the potential for development that may extend beyond this post. The Academy has an extensive personalised CPD programme to support the development of teaching and leadership skills.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to inspire and enthuse students. The school and college has a clear aim to allow all students to achieve the best they can in their academic and personal development.

We are a large secondary school in Colchester and also enjoy a thriving Sixth Form College. We are a popular School with waiting lists for every year and are proud of our strong academic record.
