We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking catering / midday assistant to work 2 hours a day for either a job share of 2/3 days or 5 days a week - 11:30am-1:30pm. Please specify on your application you preferred working pattern.
Salary Scale 2 - Spine point 3, actual annual salary including fringe 2 days - £2,117, 3 days - £3,176, 5 days - £5,294.
The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up the hall ready for lunch, assisting children during lunchtime and clearing the dining hall at the end of service. Additionally, they may be required to supervise and support the children at play time, serve food, assist with the preparation of meals and undertake all aspects of cleaning including operating our dishwasher in order to comply with appropriate regulations and our high standards of hygiene.
The successful applicant will be required to manoeuvre and lift dining tables, have a strong commitment to working as part of a team, be flexible and able to work on their own initiative.
The successful applicant may have to take and pass a Hygiene and Food Handling course unless they already have a current up to date qualification.

HUTTON ALL SAINTS’ C. of E. PRIMARY SCHOOL
Hutton All Saints’ is a Church of England Primary School serving the Parish of Hutton and surrounding district. It was originally founded in 1840 on a site in Hutton Village. The school transferred in the 1950’s to a new building on its present site.
It has strong links with St. Peter’s and All Saints’ churches and through them to their local community. The school governors, staff, children and the church take this link very seriously and are proud of their joint contribution to local education.
In 2011 the school became an Academy.
