EYFS Teacher Maternity Cover February 2025

Job Description

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated, outstanding teacher to join our expanding school from Feb 2025 as Maternity Cover. This vacancy is initially for 1.5 terms, however extension may be possible due to the expansion of our school.

Job Description:

Plan in order to teach lessons across the primary curriculum, using the NC and school schemes of work as appropriate,

Mark and assess making use of formative and summative assessment,

Promote the curriculum and the children's work through use of display,

Ensure a well organised and purposeful learning environment,

Take responsibility for leading a subject across the school,

Liaise effectively with parents, carers and a range of professionals and be willing to attend parents' evening/inset etc outside of working days;

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
