We a looking for a Full Time Baby Room Leader to join our team.
Key Roles and Responsibilies:
Lead a team of practitioners
Be a key person for a small group of babies and build positive relationships with them and their families
Monitor babies' progress to ensure they reach their developmental milestones
Plan and create a burturing environment which allows babies to learn and thrive
Enable babies to become more independent
Protect and promote the health and well-being of all children
Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed
work with other Room Leaders to support transitions
Key Requirements:
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
Minimum 2 years experience of working in a Baby Room and a minimum of 1 years experience of leading a room in a nursery/early years setting.
Good Knowledge of the EYFS

Information about the School
Home from Home Childcarers is based in Old Harlow. We are open from 7.30am - 6pm for 50 weeks of the year (closed for 2 weeks at Christmas). We provide full day care for children aged 3 months - 4 years 11 months.
We also have Home from Home Kids Club at a local Primary school and provide after school care for 5 local primary school and holiday club care for children up to 11 years.
