We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated learning support assistant to join our team. The post involves supporting learning within the classroom; working with individuals and small groups to engage pupils, develop their self-confidence and foster independence. Part of this role will be to support pupils with complex social & emotional and communication difficulities, so experience in these areas would be an advantage.
The hours will be 8.30am-12.00pm or 12.00om-3.15pm.
The successful applicant will:

· have high expectations and possess a can-do attitude to pupil achievement.
The successful candidate will hold GCE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and an NVQ2 or equivalent in supporting Teaching & Learning.
