Actual Salary - £23,893 - £24,294
37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday - 0800 to 1600, 0800 - 1530 Friday)

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity join our central team, supporting 11 schools across Essex. You will be sent to support schools as they undertake large pieces of work, or to cover sickness and holidays.
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals who can support the Site Managers in creating a positive environment for our students. This will include ensuring the site is safe for staff, pupils, and visitors; responding to request from staff and colleagues for assistance with maintenance issues and carrying out first line repairs and maintenance, this may include plumbing work, redecorations, plastering, carpentry, and glazing.
You will have great team skills and be able to work in different locations, reporting to the Site Managers.
Due to the nature of the roles, you will need to be able to travel to different sites - travel expenses will be reimbursed.

The post is for 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday, 0800 - 1600, Friday 0800 - 1530. This is a full time, permanent role, job shares will be considered
