Learning Support Assistant - Key Stage 2
25 hours per week split over 5 mornings and 3 afternoons
43.5 to 44.1 paid weeks depending on experience (£13,247.21 - £13,654.52 actual)

We have a wonderful opportunity for you to join our incredible two form entry primary school based in North Essex. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated class based Learning Support Assistant to be part of our amazing team. This post is to be based in Key Stage 2, initially in Year 5.

Key responsibilities:
- support the class teacher in fostering positive relationships within the class for all pupils
- support pupils with their learning, enabling them to be the best version of themselves
- work with the teacher and SENCo to deliver One Plans for pupils with additional needs within the class
- work alongside all staff to uphold the vision and values of the school
- implement school policies such as behaviour to maintain the standards set within our school

Key requirements for the role:
- experience with working with primary aged pupils preferred but not essential
- commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team
- able to follow direction and school policies
- passionate about supporting young pupils in developing their knowledge, skills and character
