Early Years Key Worker
32.5 hours per week
The hours are 8.45am-3.45pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
Term time plus non-pupil days
Qualified to level 2 - actual salary £13,413 (FTE £17,364 + £609 outer fringe) Points 1-3
Qualified to level 3 - actual salary £13,936 (FTE £18,065 + £609 outer fringe) Points 3-5
The Wickford Church of England School is seeking an Early Years Key Worker to join our outstanding team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in our Early Years provision, Little Teds, with an outstanding school team. The successful person will be adaptable and enjoy the opportunity to work with children ranging from the age of 2 to 4. The successful person will be:
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Qualified in Early Years, at least to level 2
- An excellent team worker who is flexible where required
- Aware of the EYFS framework

The Wickford Church of England School is a small, friendly school, close to good transport links. Our school is a place where children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. The school provides education for children from the ages of 2-7 in the local area.
