Salary - Estimated actual £3,949 - £4,012 per annum (£22,366 to £22,737 FTE + Fringe £988)
Hours - 7.5 per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Hours 11:30 am - 1 pm)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Midday Meals Assistant (MDA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will initiate positive play creating a purposeful and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children is maintained at all times.
Using a calm and caring approach you will be able to demonstrate fantastic meal time manners, encourage healthy eating and be ready to help with balancing those peas or that overflowing cup of water! The Midday Meals Assistant (MDA) plays a crucial role in ensuring our children enjoy safe, sociable and happy lunchtimes and are ready to learn when they return to their classrooms.

The ideal Midday Meals Assistant (MDA) will be someone who is:

Information about the School
Stapleford Abbotts School was built in 1887 and has been an important part of village life since its establishment. Over the past ten years, the school has become popular and there has been considerable amount of refurbishment and new build. The school attracts children from a wide catchment area and from the neighbouring London Boroughs of Redbridge, Dagenham, and Havering. We are committed to. Involving the wider community with school life and work closely with other agencies including other rural schools in the Epping area.
