We are looking to appoint a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our school. You will have a passion for children and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that all children make good progress based on their starting points.

This is a fixed term contract to support a child in Year 4 for all day Monday and Tuesday and morning session on Wednesday 8.45am-12.25pm. (15 hours per week)
Ideally you will have:
experience of working in a primary school,
good GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths,
good communication skills,
a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of all pupils,
a commitment to being a life-long learner;
and you will be:
patient and adaptable,
reliable and responsible,
able to take the initiative.

Danbury Park is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointments will be subject to DBS clearance and satisfactory references. If successful, an enhanced DBS check would be sought.
