Rayleigh Primary School is looking to appoint a part time Caretaker to support the Site Manager starting September 2019
The role is for 20 hours per week, 2.30pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only.
The pay is Local Government Band 2 point 3 to 5 - Actual Annual Salary £8072.00 - £8402.00 depending on experience.
The role requires a person who is proactive, hardworking and motivated. Proven maintenance skills are essential.
The role is varied and busy and requires flexibility and adaptability with a "can-do" approach.
Duties to include:
Security and safety of the site
Maintenance and cleanliness of the site
Responsibility for health and safety
Liaise with contractors when appropriate
