Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in driving standards, supporting colleagues, and collaboratively developing the curriculum and its implementation across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head of Department in leading and managing the English team
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
• Support and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration
• Monitor and improve student progress and attainment
• Contribute to a culture of high expectations and a love of learning
