Catering Manager
Scale 6 - Points 12 - 17 (Actual salary range £18,847 - £20,808 per annum)
39 Working Weeks per annum
Term Time plus 5 Inset days
37 hours per week - 7.30am to 3.30pm
Required ASAP

Applicants will need to have a good knowledge of running and managing a kitchen including all aspects of food hygiene and COSHH procedures. Applicants must have excellent cooking skills and the job involves;
· Planning menus
· Ordering supplies
· Hiring, training, supervising and motivating other kitchen staff
· Organising staff rotas
· Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
· Monitoring the quality of the product provided
· Managing budgets and maintaining financial & admin records
· Being able to think on your feet within a limited time frame
