(30 hours per week, 39 weeks, £12,200 - £13,206 p.a.)
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team of staff supporting youngsters' learning. The post will involve the successful applicant in working one-to-one with specific learners, supporting small groups of learners and supporting learners in our new Enhanced Provision for learners with autism.

You will need:
Outstanding people skills, flexibility and initiative.
Knowledge and understanding of the learning difficulties faced by youngsters with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths - a professional certificate in autism or 'A' Level (or equivalent) education preferred.
A willingness to learn every day as you consistently strive to increase your impact on our youngsters' learning.
