We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn well and are well cared for. The role will predominantly focus on meeting the needs of a delightful child, currently in Year 3, that has Special Educational Needs. The needs of this child relate to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and personal care.. This is a permanent post linked to the child until 31/08/2028.
· Scale 3, points 5-6 £19,483.51 - £19,792.38, which is £12.85 - £13.05 per hour.
· Full time, 39 weeks, 33 hours and 55 minutes per week.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:20am- 3:30pm (with 30 mins lunch break)
Wednesday: 8:20am to 4:55pm (with 30 mins lunch break)
Please note that on Wednesday the end time is 4.55pm. This is to enable attendance at our weekly School Improvement Meeting, with all other teachers and Learning Support Assistants.

Ours is a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and ten minutes from Clacton. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese. We also have training and other support in place for the successful applicant.
