We require an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individual to join our fantastic LSA team, to support children with additional educational needs on a fixed term contract, initially for the autumn term. The position is for 27.5 hours per week, 08.30am start, Monday to Friday, term time only.
We are looking for someone with positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour. In return we can offer a happy school with well-behaved children and a friendly and supportive team.
Duties will include:
- Working with individuals and small groups of children under the direction of the class teacher
- Promoting positive pupil behaviour in line with school policies
- Attend to pupils' personal needs including social, welfare and health matters
Experience of working in Early Years or Key Stage 1 is desirable, however full training will be provided for the right individual.
