We are looking to appoint an experienced SIMS & Data Manager to join our college.The successful candidate will need to have a relevant degree or equivalent years' experience, and experience of SIMS, SISRA, FFT Aspire, Excel & PowerBi, and Nova T6.
The pay band for the role is Scale 7 (point 19 to 24) which is £29,777 to £33,024.
The actual salary for the role is £28,097.97 - £31,351.90 (under 5 years service) £28,497.74 - £31,740.16 (over 5 years).
The hours of work for the role will be fulltime 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time plus 4 weeks in the college holidays, 43 weeks in total to include 5 staff training days. The actual times of working during term time, will be 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch. Actual hours of working in college holidays will be negotiated. There is some flexibility regarding the working pattern, including the opportunity for some home working, which can be discussed at interview.
