Heathlands Primary school is looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Learning Support assistant to work in one of our Key Stage One classrooms.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 25 hours a week.
The successful candidate will need to :
- Share and exhibit our school's core values: Trust, Respect, Enjoyment, Courage and Kindness
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have sound phonic knowledge to work with small groups and individuals
- It is desirable to have experience of working with children with SEND
- Have the ability to show initiative and motivation
- Be committed to supporting all children in their learning
- A clear commitment to the safeguarding of all children
