Post: Home School Liaison Worker
Hours: 24.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Contract: Permanent contract
Salary: Scale 3, Point 5 £13,929.10 per annum
(full time equivalent salary £24,790)
Start date: ASAP
Location: St James' Church of England Primary and Nursery School. Colchester
Our school has been serving the community for over 150 years and we provide a caring and nurturing environment for all the children attending St James'.
We are looking to appoint a Home School Liaison Officer to
• To direct support for parents/carers enabling access and opportunities for all pupils
• To help and establish and maintain positive relationships between school staff and parents/carers and encourage consistent school attendance
• To work with and help facilitate pupils' successful inclusion in school life
