We have an exciting oportunity for a Midday Assistant to join our friendly staff team at St Michaerl's CofE (VA) Junior School in September 2024
Woeking Hours:
-6.667 hours per week (1 hour 20 minutes per day), term time only plus 1 INSET day in September.
Scale 2 point 2 to 3: £3,417.04 - £3,473.70 per annum actual pay (FTE £22,737 - £23,114)
The successful applicant will be:
- Preparing and/or clearing the dining hall
- Encouraging good dining room practices
- Providing playground supervision and support
- Providing basic medical care where necessary (training will be provided)
- Encouraging group games
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children
You must have:
- a flexible "can-do" approach
- the ability to communicate with children in a firm but fair manner
- good organisational skills
- patience and understanding
