HLTA (Level 1b) - permanent contract
32.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Term time only (38 weeks per year)
Pay Band - Scale 6

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join our team in the delightful village of Coggeshall.
St Peter's Church of England Primary School is a vibrant school with a friendly and supportive staff and fantastic children. Level 1b HLTAs will be expected to deliver lessons, assisting with preparing and planning lessons as required.
We will be delighted to hear from you if you are:
- educated to GCSE A-C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths;
- able to provide evidence of HLTA training or be prepared to work towards this (payed for by the school);
- a flexible, organised and enthusiastic team player;
-able toshow initiative and work independently;
- passionate about learning and have the ability to encourage our children to become happy, confident learners;
- committed to trauma perceptive practice;
- someone who believes in learning without limits and that every child can succeed;
- a strong team member who works well with other staff and members of the school community;
- able to maintain a calm, purposeful working environment built on mutual respect;
- able to forge and maintain positive relationships with our children and their families.
