September Start - A Maternity Leave vacancy has arisen at Grays Convent High School for the position of PA to the Senior Leadership Team/Cover Manager. From September 2021 to June 2022 to cover the Maternity Leave of the current post holder. Flexibility within the post is essential. The main purpose of the role is to:
· Provide secretarial, personal assistance and clerical support to SLT and Heads of Department, including DOE Coordinator & Careers/PSHEC Coordinator, including the production of minutes, managing appointments & contacts and ensuring accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality at all times;
· Liaise with the Cover Manager and supervise agency and cover staff as required.
· In the absence of the Cover Manager organise class cover and allocate cover duties to Cover Supervisors, staff and supply agency cover staff as required as a result of events during the day.
This is a term time only post and includes non-pupil days. You will be contracted for 21 hours per week. The hours will be Tuesday to Friday 9.30am - 2.45pm The post is a Support Staff Band 5 position and the salary range is £12,046-£13,555
per annum.
