We are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on a part-time, temporary basis to join our busy, hardworking and friendly finance team.
Ideally you should have an interest in finance, working with numbers and basic I.T skills.
You should have good levels of accuracy, be flexible, organised, a good communicator and be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
The role includes a number of general finance duties including placing orders and processing invoices, reconciliation of business charge cards, maintenance of uniform stock and records, operation of petty cash, dealing with supplier enquiries, monitoring of the finance email account and filing and archiving.
Required to start 3rd September 2018 to cover a period of maternity leave (approximately 9-12 months)
Hours: 9.30 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)
Term time only (38 weeks + 6.8 weeks statutory/public holidays)
