Montgomery Infant School and Nursery is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join its supportive and well established . The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, term-time, 8.30am - 3.30pm with half an hour unpaid lunch break (32.5 hours per week). The position start date will be mutually agreed.
The role will be to support the class teacher to deliver the highest standards of care and education. Our ideal candidate would be confident, calm and able to successfully support and build positive relationships with children. Suitable applicants will have a good standard of education, experience of working with children and a motivation to embrace 'The Monty Way'.

Montgomery Infant School and Nursery is a large 3-form entry Infant school located on the St Michael's Estate. It is located on a spacious, leafy site, with well maintained buildings and premises.
The school is currently Ofsted 'outstanding' due to the dedication and care of the staff and the high standards of behaviour from the children of the school. An exciting new curriculum has been introduced this year as we aim to further broaden the children's learning experiences.
