This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Key responsibilities include:
To work with individual/groups of children with EHCPs and those identified with SEND/SEMH needs.
To provide tailored one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
To support the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans.
To create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
