Year Lead - Non-Teacher

Pay Range - LGPS 28-31 (this will be pro-rated to reflect term time only working)

FTE £37,938 to £40,476 (Actual Salary £32,528 to £34,704)

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm

With the support and involvement of the teachers and relevant support staff, the Year Lead will be expected to devise and promote initiatives that develop the strength of the student to best support the well-being, of all students in the Academy within the specific year group.
