If you:
- Are able to deliver every lesson you teach with energy, creativity and humour;
- Are creative at resourcing a curriculum, managing data and modelling best practices
- Have the experience of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective, imaginative and stimulating schemes of learning for all students regardless of their ability;
- Have a proven track record of leading staff, with excellent outcomes in Physics at GCSE Triple and A-Level

- Can support the director of faculty with developing teaching and learning with an enthusiastic team by leading on CPD within the department.

Greensward Academy is an 11-19 comprehensive school based in Hockley in Essex.
