Grove House is a welcoming, positive and supportive special school for pupils aged 8-19 with speech, language and communication needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious , dynamic and well organised teacher to join us. Who has a particular interest in food technology, horticulture & outdoor learning

Prior experience of working with children who have special educational needs desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

We are seeking a excellent, engaging teacher who is:
·Positive and proactive when working with pupils
·Keen to learn and develop their own practice
·Passionate about developing the curriculum and quality of education
·Able to plan for pupil progress and committed to achievement for all

·Able to communicate and collaborate with others
·Able to approach challenges with a solution and sense of humour
The roles will include:
·Responsibility for a form group
·Engagement with parents and carers including Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review meetings
·Teaching of Food Technology, Horticulture and Outdoor Learning and may also include some teaching of Maths/English.
