Chelmsford College has an excellent opportunity to appoint a Job Coach to support an exciting new project that recently started. This role is integral to the project's success.
We are seeking a dedicated and supportive professional who will excel in this unique opportunity by engaging with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and offering Inclusive Workforce Development Solutions to businesses in Essex. If you have proven skills and experience in working to project targets with underrepresented groups and an ability to succeed, we would be interested to hear from you.
