Chelmsford College is looking to appoint experienced Job Coaches to work with young people with SEND. We are looking for pro-active, committed and enthusiastic Supported Employment professionals to support interns into employment in the following vocations and supported internships:
Goldlay Supported Internship - Public Services, Business Support and Customer Care. The host employer for Golday Supported Internship is Essex County Council and the base location is County Hall in Chelmsford.
Broomfield Supported Internship - Housekeeping, Portering, Hospitality and Facility Maintenance. The host employer is the NHS Trust and the base location is Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
Moulsham Supported Internship - Retail, Catering and Land-based roles. Work placements will be sourced in Chelmsford and surrounding areas and the base location is Chelmsford College.
The successful candidates will be offered a choice of their preferred vocation. They will develop employment pathways through work placements and work closely with mentors and employers in order to secure the principle goal of supported internships which is sustainable employment for the interns.
