We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Lecturer with experience of delivery of ESOL. The Successful ESOL Lecturer will be positive, flexible, and able to plan engaging sessions in order to work towards desired outcomes.
You will support learners in Reading, Writing and Speaking and Listening with delivery of each aspect of the curriculum termly. You will take responsibility for the planning of ESOL curriculum, including lesson plans and schemes or work, alongside assessment, leading external moderation and the recruitment of learners on the provision.
The role will include at least two evenings and also delivery of GCSE/Functional Skills English to Post 16 FE learners on a resit year.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, able to work well in a team, adaptable, experienced in teaching ESOL and English, and hold a relevant teaching qualification.
