Unqualified Teacher up to £32,079 pa FTE
Qualified Teacher* up to £40,492 pa FTE

Position Summary:
Harlow College is seeking a Multi-Trade Teacher to inspire and educate our students. This role provides an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, contribute to the development of the next generation of construction operatives, and make a positive impact on their future careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative lessons across a range of trades to students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance student skills.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support their development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in construction.
