About the Role
The Business Academy are dedicated to shaping the next generation of business leaders. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are expanding our offering and developing new curriculums that prepare students for the dynamic world of business and finance.
As a Teacher in Business you will be responsible for delivering teaching and learning to 16 - 19-year-old students. This will include develop schemes of work, lesson plans, learning and assessment plans, and learning materials, including digital content, that enhance the effectiveness of learning.You will also contribute to quality assurance by implementing all relevant processes required by awarding bodies, including internal and external assurance, and adhere to the college's own systems.

What we are looking for
· Someone who has knowledge and industrial experience in Business
· Educated to level 3 or above in a Business subject (or suitable alternative)
· Have experience of delivering BTEC qualifications, ideally at level 3
· Ideally has a teaching qualification or willingness to undertake study of a teaching qualification and attain qualified teaching and learning status
