Pay Range: Group 2 (Within the Leadership range L8 - L21 - £60,539 - £82,824) ISR will be determined based on experience

Lambourne Primary is a good school, based in the village of Abridge on the outskirts of Epping Forest. Welcome to The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District. Along with our SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training), School Improvement Team, Wellbeing Service, and Resourced Provisions based in three of our schools, we are a leading educational organisation in Epping Forest.

EFSPT was formed in 2018 from a consortium of schools that had worked together for over 20 years, and are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities. The schools maintain their identities but work in a highly collaborative manner supported by a small but very experienced Central Team.

EFSPT has a robust Governance Structure in place. In addition to the Board of Trustees and their associated committees, each Academy has its own Local Governing Committee supported by a Governance Professional. An annual cycle of meetings has been established and the responsibilities of each committee is detailed in the Trust Scheme of Delegation and the committee's Terms of Reference. EFSPT recognises the importance of strong Governance and our Trustees / Governors understand their roles in maintaining high standards throughout the Trust.
